71 – The Key to Wellness

Reflecting on Mountain

Knowing that you do not know
is the highest knowledge.

Not knowing what should be known
is disastrous.

Only when she is sick of her illness
can she be healed.

The sage is free of illness.
She is sick of sickness and is therefore well.

    • That is funny, Lisa. Yes. I think there are lots of ways to define “sick”. Is it illness or a sick mind? This one really made me think. For being such a short chapter, it was a tricky one!

  3. I had to read it several times Amy… profound. So true, only when we are sick of our illness can we be healed. Thank you… blessings. xo
